Yes. We kindly ask that you arrive with your hair clean, fully dried, detangled, and free of heavy oils, gels, or product buildup. Clean hair helps us achieve a neater installation, ensures your style lasts longer, and promotes a healthy scalp.

If you're unable to prepare your hair beforehand, please let us know when booking. We may be able to add a wash and blow-dry service to your appointment for an additional fee, subject to availability.
